Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking an appointment or using any service at US Nail Spa. By visiting our salon or using our platforms, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of any services provided by US Nail Spa ("we," "our," "the Salon"), including in-salon appointments, online booking platforms, gift card purchases, loyalty programs, and any other interactions with our business.

By booking an appointment, visiting the salon, or purchasing any product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your visit or booking shall apply.
Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and applies to all personal information we collect.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking through any online platform, or entering our salon premises, you enter into a legally binding agreement with US Nail Spa. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and any individuals who use or access our services in any capacity.

If you are booking or purchasing on behalf of another person — for example, purchasing a gift card or booking an appointment for someone else — you confirm that you have their authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

You Must Be 18 or Older to Book Independently

Clients under the age of 18 are welcome at US Nail Spa but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf. By proceeding with a booking or visiting our salon, you confirm that you meet this requirement or that a consenting adult is present.

2. Our Services

US Nail Spa offers a range of professional nail and beauty services including, but not limited to, manicures, pedicures, acrylic and gel nail enhancements, nail art, dipping powder treatments, waxing, and related services. Service availability may vary by location and technician.

Nail Services Manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, dipping powder, chrome, ombre, and nail art performed by trained and licensed technicians.
Beauty Add-ons Waxing, paraffin treatments, hand and foot massages, cuticle care, and other complementary beauty services.
Online Booking Platform Our booking system allows you to reserve appointments, select services, and manage your profile. Use of the platform is subject to these Terms.
Retail Products We may offer nail care products, polishes, and related items for purchase in-salon. All sales of retail products are final unless defective.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service at our professional discretion, including where a client's nail or skin condition indicates that a service may not be appropriate or safe to perform.

3. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made in person, by phone, or through our online booking platform. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and technician. Walk-in clients are welcomed subject to availability.

Confirmation All bookings are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. Please review the details and notify us of any errors promptly.
Arrival Time We ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling at our discretion.
Service Modifications If you wish to change the services booked, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes on the day of your appointment are subject to technician and time availability.
Technician Requests We will do our best to accommodate requests for a specific technician. However, we cannot guarantee availability due to scheduling constraints or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To respect our technicians' time and ensure availability for all clients, we ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

24-hour notice required: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service value.
No-shows: Clients who do not arrive and do not notify us in advance may be charged the full service fee and may have future bookings restricted.
Emergencies: We handle genuine emergencies with understanding. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will accommodate you without penalty wherever we can.
To cancel or reschedule, please call us directly or use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email. Cancellations via social media messages are not accepted.

5. Payments & Pricing

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and any additional payment methods displayed at the point of service. We do not store full card numbers — all card transactions are processed through certified, PCI-compliant payment processors.

Prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice. The price in effect at the time of your service shall apply.
Additional charges may apply for nail length, design complexity, nail repair, or removal of previous enhancements.
Gratuity is not included in service prices and is entirely at your discretion. It is greatly appreciated by our technicians.
All prices include applicable sales tax where required by law.
Refunds are not issued for completed services except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

6. Health & Safety

The health and safety of our clients and staff is our highest priority. By visiting US Nail Spa, you agree to cooperate with our health and safety practices, which may include the following requirements:

Disclosure of Conditions Please inform your technician of any skin conditions, allergies, infections, or health considerations that may affect your service before treatment begins.
Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if proceeding may pose a risk to your health, the health of our staff, or other clients — including in cases of active infection, open wounds, or contagious conditions.
Sanitation Standards All tools are sanitized or single-use. Our salon maintains strict hygiene protocols in compliance with applicable state board regulations.
Allergic Reactions If you experience an adverse reaction to any product during your service, please notify a staff member immediately. We cannot be held liable for reactions to products not disclosed as allergens prior to the service.

7. Conduct & Acceptable Use

We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients and staff. The following conduct is not permitted at US Nail Spa or on any of our platforms:

Harassment or Abusive BehaviorVerbal abuse, harassment, threatening language, or discriminatory behavior directed at staff or other clients will result in immediate removal from the premises.
Fraudulent BookingsMaking false reservations, providing inaccurate information, or exploiting our booking system in any way that disrupts operations or disadvantages other clients.
Unauthorized RecordingRecording video or audio of staff without consent is not permitted. You may photograph your own nail results for personal or social media use, but must not capture identifiable images of other clients without their consent.
Damage to PropertyIntentional or negligent damage to salon equipment, furniture, or supplies. Clients responsible for damage may be charged the cost of repair or replacement.

We reserve the right to refuse service, end an appointment early, or ban a client from future bookings in cases of serious or repeated misconduct.

8. Liability

US Nail Spa takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all clients. However, by using our services you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations of liability:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, US Nail Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to allergic reactions to undisclosed allergens, damage resulting from conditions not disclosed prior to service, or personal property left unattended on salon premises. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Professional Standard of Care Disclosure Required Limited Remedy

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the US Nail Spa website and social media platforms — including logos, brand name, photographs, written content, design elements, and nail art imagery — is the exclusive property of US Nail Spa and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent. You are welcome to share photos of your own nail results on personal social media, provided you do not remove any watermarks and credit the salon where appropriate.

Reviews and feedback you submit to us may be used in our marketing materials at our discretion, without further compensation to you. By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please speak with a member of our team before you leave the salon. We are committed to addressing any concerns in a fair and timely manner.

In-salon resolution: Concerns raised during or immediately after your appointment will be addressed by our team on the spot where possible.
Complimentary corrections: If a service defect is reported within 5 days of your appointment and is attributable to technician error, we will offer a complimentary correction at no charge.
Exclusions: Corrections are not offered for changes in personal preference, natural nail breakage, or damage resulting from activities after your appointment.
To request a correction, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment with a brief description and photograph of the concern. Walk-in correction requests without prior contact may not be honored.

11. Gift Cards & Promotions

US Nail Spa offers gift cards and promotional offers subject to the following terms:

Non-Refundable & Non-TransferableGift cards are non-refundable once purchased and may not be exchanged for cash. Promotional offers are non-transferable and valid only for the named recipient where applicable.
Expiry DatesGift cards and promotional vouchers may carry expiry dates. Expired cards or vouchers will not be honored. Expiry dates are clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Cannot Be CombinedPromotional discounts and gift cards cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Only one promotional offer may be applied per service booking.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Please treat your gift card like cash.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the US Nail Spa location providing service to you is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, or your use of our services, shall first be addressed through good-faith communication between you and our management team. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the applicable state. By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before pursuing legal action, please contact us directly. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication with our management team.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also provide notice through our website, email, or in-salon signage.

Your continued use of our services or booking platforms after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
