A Regular Manicure uses traditional nail polish that dries by air and typically lasts a few days to a week. A Gel Manicure uses a premium polish that is cured under a specialized LED light. This makes the polish instantly dry, highly chip-resistant, and can last up to 2-3 weeks while retaining its beautiful glossy finish.
A standard Regular Manicure takes about 30 minutes. If you opt for a Gel Manicure, expect around 40 minutes due to the curing process. For our Deluxe or Volcano Spa options, which include extended massages, scrubs, and paraffin wax treatments, the session takes between 50 to 70 minutes.
We prioritize your nail health and safety above all else. Our technicians are highly trained to gently push back the cuticles and carefully trim only the dead skin (hangnails) to prevent infection and promote healthy nail growth. Furthermore, all our implements are 100% medically sterilized in an autoclave before every use.
No, high-quality gel polish itself does not damage natural nails. Nail damage usually occurs from improper removal, such as peeling or picking the polish off at home. We highly recommend returning to our salon for a safe, professional soak-off removal to ensure your natural nail beds remain strong and healthy.
The Volcano Manicure is our most luxurious and therapeutic treatment. It includes standard cuticle care and shaping, followed by a bubbling Nu Scrub exfoliation, a rejuvenating Collagen Mask, and a deeply hydrating Paraffin Wax treatment. It is topped off with a 12-minute relaxing hand massage and your choice of premium gel polish.
For optimal nail and cuticle health, we recommend getting a regular manicure every 1-2 weeks. If you prefer the longevity of gel polish, a visit every 2-3 weeks is ideal. This routine helps maintain the pristine look of your nails and allows our technicians to safely refresh your polish without compromising nail integrity.
